If not loctite an allen key into the screw hole, wait for it to dry then loosen it. You wont be able to use either again, but its a good method. Make sure you dont get loctite on the frame or around the screw otherwise you are screwed ('scuse the pun! ;) )

try using a dremel to make a cut across the centre of the screw and then a flat head screw to remove the screw from the frame. Worked for my E1

It came like it David, but again, thanks for the concern.
Just decided it was time to clean it up and have a look what goes on inside.
Its invincible, dont worry :)
Got a new board to put in David, so I'll be there ripping you apart with a nice new up on my shooter if the screw arrives in time :)

Jay - You are a nutter. I would never go near my beauty with a dremel :(

Tom's idea worked a treat, and unlike other methods, i still have the screw, my tools, and my gun left :)
