Several tournaments ban the colour of orange on kit, because it is a reserved colour for paint, and may be mistaken as a hit.

i think this is silly, as the whole gun is orange

That's the rules I'm afraid mate.

I had to remove some tape from my hopper for the same reason, if your buyer is only going to use it for recballing and not tourney play there shouldn't be a problem.
