How do we know you're not scamming @p2nky?

I'm not saying either one of you is or is not, but the item has been paid for and delivered to the correct address. I'd suggest @p2nky that you start asking around your neighbours to see if someone collected it not knowing what it is or understanding where it came from? Perhaps the postman popped the delivery slip through the wrong door by accident.

@CL155OLD I suggest you call again and inform Royal mail that this is the possibility, if the name on the parcel was P2nky why was someone named Boora allowed to sign for it. If I recall correctly their policy is to ask for proof of ID along with the collection slip.
For Last mouth i purchase lots of items through this forum and still looking for gear. I always send money first. And never had problems. Even when i purchase dm12. And whats the point for me to scam ? Seller have my money for item. If he will claim for refund, because some one else pick up my parcel. They gonna refund other 35 Pounds to him. So seller any way not gonna lose any money. So its pointless for me to scam. And i prefer to get my items. Thank you !

morning,

I have called them again this morning and again they told me a that this J Boora collected the package from the local Post Office collection point. They told me this person presented identification showing that they lived at Apartment 2, 26 Wheeleys lane which is the address you PM'd me to send the items to.

@p2nky If you are asking your neighbours the box they were sent in was a one star G I paintbox which was cut down to size......

another point I would like to make is:
When I called the royal mail today they told me they attempted the delivery and J Boora collected it from the local branch. The only way they would have given the parcel to that person is by that person presenting to them the parcel collection slip and proof that that person is living at that address. So again it's up to you to contact them I have given you all the information mate........
Do you still have the postal receipt by any chance?
What name did you put on the parcel?

You can calm down please. The parcel has been posted, the parcel has been delivered and apparently to the correct address. It's not the sellers fault the wrong person has got the parcel.

Ask your neighbours anyway, maybe someone has put it aside for you. Why would your neighbours want some random paintball equipment they are never going to use???

@p2nky, seems the claim is going in so all you have to do is wait. If royal mail find they are at fault you will get your money, if not, you won't.

at the end of the day this was posted to the address you asked me to send it to. The only point I was trying to get across to you was the fact that this could only be collected by proof of address (apartment 2) there was no name on the parcel as I was not supplied one. @Dusty I'm sure you have access to that message. Name or not it was posted to apartment number 2 and the only way that parcel would have been given to this J Boora would be by proof of residence at that address...... That is what the Royal Mail keep telling me.

Does/did someone have access to your property while you were away?

Do you have a communal post box at the building?

I don't have access to your pm's.

Sending a parcel with no name on it, anyone can sign for it. Unless you've a way to disprove the buyer, unfortunately you're going to be at fault.

Sort it out between yourselves, I ain't here to play nanny.

No one have access to my apartment while i was away. Only house mates. But there are good guys and other parcel was received like phone. So its no reason to them take useless stuff. In our apartments no communal post box, we have door holes-or how you called them.
