Received this morning after i paid £1.42 in postage charges because there was no stamp attached

hi mate sorry to hear that you had to pay? dont no why! i sent you this out and paid at the post office they put stamps on even got a reciept to prove it otherwise how could i post? all other parcels sent out reached people without any trouble except one that got delayed by bad weather! to show im fair i will gladly send a free fluffy thanxs andy
