Woodland is hard enough when playing unlimited hwen you can spray and pray!

i played round 1 and there were not many drawn games.and i think the parkranger has a point.....thats how the format started maybe thats how it should fin...and any changes that ppl feel need to be made, put into next year. Koth round 2.... it could be said that all it was was the MM without div A B C on limited paint....if we mess around with the format to much will this stop the new kids on the block, making a team up from there local walk-on-site.which i thought was the reason for starting up such a tourney. keep it simple ...keep it cheap

That way everyone gets a chance to play what they do best/worst & would totally level the field. Just my 2p.:D
this is good m8.....ive read so many posts now on koth rd 2 and it seems to me that ppl are forgetting what it was all set up for ive seen ...more paint ..more game time ...h-pac to be there. i you want young teams to play and new teams to dip there toe in so to speak ,you must keep it cheap and simple.....as ive said before if you dont its just another MM....anyway rob hows that imp going ive been told by dark its rocking m8.:D

some one else has seen the light, this was MEANT to be a novice tourny, pro teams splitting up and regrouping will never be novice teams
ie my/our first EVER tourny was king of the hill 1,we hadn't even trained as a team
but now people are wanting to change the event as well:(

Wochamate V.K. The Imp's going great guns thanks.
When I say concept, I may have got muddled up. I meant speedball type o' thing. Y' know, tyres, 45 gallon drums etc.
KOTH 2 was my first ever sup-air event & I LOVE it!, but, as everyone says, the whole purpose of the tourney is to get more folks into playing on a higher level than they may be used to.
If there was a round on every style of playing arena available, it would give everyone a chance to see what tyey're missing. My local site, for example, doesn't have a sup-air field, but then again, maybe yours doesn't have a speedball set up. I've never played hyperball & if it were to be introduce into KOTH, it may give me an incentive to play league tourneys on this type of field.
The key to being good at anything is having the ability to be able to adapt to any situation & if we all get that chance, then just maybe we'll all be better at what we do & the better you are at something, the more enjoyable it is, which, to my mind, is what it's all about.

ps. if we played more on speedball, I'd whoop a lot more ass than I do now !:D
