Using them in an Ion and a Cocker, haven't touched them since i fitted them

you mean because in the actual instructions it says use a pen lid to push in the piston, then you have to make sure that you put the orange bit the right way round, but once they are, they are golden

well, the instructions in the box arnt that good to be honest, you need big colourful pictures
