le-pig kennys revenge is gonna be in kiddeminster which is next to Birmingham just to give you an idea of where abouts it is.

If you went to the big game in wolvs its about a 20 min drive from there.

m8 you get the form from the site u just print it off.

go to http://www.ukpsf.com/walkonweekend.htm half way down click on kenny it says " click on kenny for a form "

just download it and print it, easy
