Not trying to be an arse but or trying to put a bad impression but dont want anyone else to be another 'victim'.
The story goes....
A tournament is coming at the end of the month, so I recommended my 'newbie' mate to buy the ION package. He placed order soon enough, on the 1st week of the month to ensure that he's prepared with everything as soon as possible.
However, he had to make lots of phone calls, only to hear them saying that the package will be sent 'next week', every week!! He eventually received his stuff JUST A DAY before the tournament!
Worse, the package arrived with different coloured mask than what he asked for & NO air bottle!! So he had to borrow my mate's spare bottle during the tourney (this spare bottle was steel & had a small leak!). Do u think he's happy?? I wonder if he's got his pending air bottle already by now....
I'm quite ashamed that I've recommended that website/company to my mate
I thought I was the only one having problem with JP. They really need to update their website soonest!
Earlier, I placed order on a pair of pants online but then they called & told me they didnt have the size that I wanted... So I asked for a refund & waited for about 3 weeks for the refund to come in, PLUS it's £2 short!! (I know £2 is not that much but they claimed they were going to refund me in FULL! )
Last year JP was very quick in posting stuffs... Now??
