Justpaintball or Eclipse wrong ?

Justpaintball are shoddy anyway, i don't think i've spoken to or heard of a single person who has bought something from then and recieved it when they where supposed to. Just don't buy from them. "Uks Best paintball shop"....yeah, my a*se
never had a problem with them.
needed a tank for the weekend, places my order over phone last thing on a wednesday, arrives saturday morning.
very nice and helpful people.
cant comment on the mail order service though.

well i won't argue with you on the nice service part...they where very good and understanding people.....but 4 months later....i still haven't gotten my postage refunded like they said they would 
i think just paintball is an excellent service.... just so long as you can talk to a real person, or you can get down to their stores down london.
Pi Test Bottles
Hi - sorry, I didn't realise this thread was here or I would have tried to be more helpful earlier....
1. Pi Test Bottles
The only bottles we supply are suitable for filling in the UK. They come marked with a mathematical PI sign which is the new industry standard. The DOT bottles are the ones that come in from America and these can't be filled in the UK - but we don't sell these.
2. Service
I'm very sorry if any of you have received bad service from us in the past. We've recently had some problems as a result of staff sickness and ppl going on holiday which has left us short-staffed and as a consequence our customer service levels suffered for a time. I'm sorry if you didn't receive phone calls or responses to emails - this has all been sorted now. We deal with so so many orders every day that sometimes we make mistakes - we admit that. But if you do have outstanding issues please call us and we will resolve them. If you want to speak to me ask for Gill but Simon or Andy will be able to help you also! Please pick up the phone if you're not getting responses to emails - we get so many that sometimes we miss some.

only dealt with them twice, yesterday for paint at the 3 man, and today for more paint! (yes it really was that good!) will let you know how the delivery service works out when i get my delivery (or not) tomorrow
It's no problem Gill, everything got sorted out in the end, plus i got better gear for a cheaper price . i had no idea about the short staff thing, and that i can understand. I will ring you guys about the postage thing too. Thanks!
