ak this is where the system should weed them out,all this crap we will take 20-30 other offences into consideration etc etc
we should get punished for what we do as you say spangley if it is is by ways of reform then,it should be appropriate too the crime.
but alot of people are sick of well they get a fine and 200 hrs of nothing

Yeh sounds a goood method, however how on earth do you attempt to persuade the government to change it to fit a better purpose?
