Doh! Please note that in the other thread despite Alex's Tour de Force of IT gibberish Steroberts is back because the problem isn't at this end. (Though I will allow Alex could be right, nonetheless.) Every time this has come up--a handful tops--the registrant (you) has been able to set things right at your end of the communication trail.
If you continue to have problems address them to Piper as he's in charge of this sort of thing.
