Pray tell who it is? Or at least a hint... i.e. what gun is he holding?

I still have PGI's from around '90-'91 I think? And it's funny as hell going through and finding pics of people that are still in the sport.

Some have changed a lot... some haven't

I need to get a scanner... Must have lots of pics of the Turks actually... and a few other famous people.

Clues...

The pic is from my days as editor - so '94- 99 - and it was sent in by a large company who had done it as a marketing shot and were convinced it would make a brilliant covershot.

I was equally convinced it would make a brilliant covershot, just not for a Paintball magazine, and we had a slight falling out about it...was I right or was I wrong?

Robbo!!!!

I was chucking out some old mags a while back and decided to hold on to one from 1994 just cos it had a photo of Robbo in wayfarers striking a very "I'm too sexy/bored with life" pose.

The story that the photo was attached to was announcing his retirement from paintball (was that b4 he even played for Shock?)

Maybe the man himself can enlighten us?

I'm thinking it's one of those innapropriate 'paint dribbling' type shots...

Hmm in those days... would that be about the time of WDP's risque Forest paint adds?

And at that point would it have coincided with when they were the Banzai's major sponsors...

Hey Simon good to see you around again.... Sorry havent been to practice... cocker will take 3/4 weeks to service (got new 3 way from Recoil) and Im waiting on a bottle test too ;/ Might even get it anodised

Incidentily Im sure I remember playing the Firm back in 97/98 (my memory is crap though) and I think we won, which surprised us because we thought were were gonna get handed our asses on a plate, as you had beaten better teams than us that day.

Found an embarressing pic of me in the Feb98 PGI too, I look about 12 and it was only 5 years ago.... Small world though we played the Warlords in that tourny too way before I knew you guys...

There is one tourney where I hope there is no photos. Can't remember what site, its one with a hyperball field with a spectator area with windows in it... Might be Congleton or somewhere like that....

Anyway on a woodland field I was crawling up the left tape, and unfortunately the undergrowth was quite long, and my trousers basically got pulled down to my knees. There was a photographer there (said he was pgi but who knows) and he assurred me from the tape that he had missed me with my pants down.... he was laughing though.....
