I suppose that's true, but it would still be fun to try it out sometime - even if it's only to say you've 'been there' and 'done that'

I think you could succeed with a variation on the idea. Have teams build fields, 6 or 8 at a time, then draw numbers out of a hat to see who plays on whose fields, then play a whole tournament rotating around on them. That would allow for some VERY interesting play.

Ohhhh, that would be interesting. You'd have to build your half of the field kind of strategically in case you were allocated to it. - But it would also be pretty cool if you were allocated to the other half of the field YOU built - because you should know all of the best angles the opposition will be trying to get you with!! Hmmmm...
