eastie you dont have to be 16 to marshall. i started marshalling rec ball at 15 so i also assume you can marshall tourny
back to the subject though, ive marshalled a few tournys and if you keep watching them you'll know if its off the bunker or not. you can only really get away with it if you seriously hug the bunker. i mean put the marker on the floor and squeeze it while screaming "i love you baby, your big and long and i want you! put your lovely liquid on me!"
