Actually Gyro it is always like that. The owners have been so fixated on the TV thing they haven't done any of the basics to promote the league within the existing PB fraternity or build the normal sporting infrastructure around the NXL except for a scoreboard and refs.

its terrible isn't it, what they want to do is try thier hardest to improve the league and the way it caters for its teams and spectators. Maybe they are afraid to do this though for fear of being attached for 'commercialist' tendencies?

Its a minefield out there, whether you are trying to 'do good' or not there is always some guy that will stop jerking off long enough to shout out some ill-researched over-opinionated drivel.
