Ion good, cheap, easy to maintain, does the job.
Air, 1.1 4500psi, this is realy important as it will save upgrading in the near future.
Hopper, Egg again , good, easy to use, Halo/Reloader b is slightly faster.
Barrel, don't need to spend loads on this, rather than the AA, I would recommend a Dye ultralite 0.692 bore. That should sort your needs and is a very nice barrel.
2nd hand 4500psi air, £100 seems going price.
2nd hand Ion with ups £125 ish
2nd hand but good condition V Force profilers £30ish
2nd hand halo B / reloader B £55
Also phone a few shops, just paintball do a package, sure they can tailor it for you.
