According to AA the 4500 Raptor is the same reg body but without the CO2 style input. The are still on sale, but all stainless regs aren't fashionable any more... which is where the Armageddon comes in I guess.
Anyway it's all irrelevant since it seems I can't get a 4500psi bottle valve
