Is there still an ignorant bias that Paintball is dangerous?

hey guys I'm a passionate kinda girlie and as I am up to neck in paintballs and paintballing am on a mission to re educate the masses

I am not on my own most of are regulars are already at it and have there own soap boxes

People who think they know me were very supprised when I got into Paintball full time.

All for the same reasons.

Joe public thinks paintball is un safe wargames an uncivalised free for all.

Yes my soap box is well worn but I do spend my days explaining
that paintball is an ogranised safe fun thing to do.

It really worrys me that 99% of joe public that haven't played
do not realize this.

I think its the price that puts people off. Also the fact that they feel that you can only paintball with a large group of mates.

My case exactly that's why they need educating

Once they have been once they know us and that with us it's reasonable overdraft not remorgage

smaller goups are cool just more admin.

Well, equally a problem with the media and the PC people is the fact that we allow them to be such. Usually if someone tells you not to do something you want to do for no good reason you tell them to go screw themselves, right? Well, for some reason or another these people have been allowed to get into some position of self purported power, making tons and tons of noise based on such ignorant drivel that even a 3 or 4 year old in their right mind would tell them they were idiots. But unfortunately 3 and 4 year olds don't run the TV networks...

It's basically a nonconformist activity existing in a conformist world. I don't give a flying feck about the various PC gurus and other people somehow chosen by most of society to tell them what to think about things. Quite honestly no one else should either but they do. Choose to think for yourself. Encourage others to do so as well. When we think for ourselves, the morons that try to label paintball as bad lose power. The less credibility we give to the schmuckos that say paintball, red meat, fur, male behavior, and everything else we enjoy are bad, the less we will have problems with them. Ignore someone who tells you to say what they think is most socially acceptable. It's not worth losing yourself and your own thoughts on account of them.
