I thought your post count doesnt go up when you post in the classifieds.

I do agree that as long as most people arent bothering to read or adhere to the rules before posting in the classifieds then this country thing is just not going to work.


Why not add a field to the form used to add posts to the classifieds section in which you must enter the country or countries to which the article you are selling is available.
That way when people dont specify the country it will display an error page saying country not specified.

That way you would have every post in the classifeids having a location in the title and no effort required by the user.

The first principal of applications on the net is: any effort required by the user will put 80% of them off instantly.

yup, you get lots of US posters in newbies......... they tend to get put off when someone says...........well most of us are British......so they stop posting.
