Is it worth gettin a neck protector??

ive been shot in throat 3 or 4 times. One time i wasnt wearing one and i couldnt breathe for a couple of secs. It wasnt too bad. The last turny i played i was in the snake went to bunker a dude and their back corner got me and in the process the guy i was gonna bunker shot me in the neck like 3 times ( point blank) I was wearing my neck guard so i didnt feel much but like everyone says its up to you. Personally i wear one because i like to breathe all the time.

when playing or marshalling i always wear something to protect my throat...either a top with a polo style neck, or the dye under vest, or a neck protector...you dont realise how good they are until you take shots to the throat without one.
and your girlfriend/wife wont put you in the dog house for having love bites on your neck...dont ask lol

As a marshall I've only been hit in the neck (more specifically the side) once and that hurt like hell - More than anywhere else. I've contemplated getting a neck protector but they look a bit too high maitenance.

I do wear a Buff (bit like a bandana) around my neck which gives so little protection, but I like to think it does

if you take it up the chuff - yes, if not - no.

The difference is negligible tbh. If you do get one, get one of the bunker king ones which is a bandana wrapped around a lump of neoprene, that way you'll maintain a shred of dignity.
