Forhead shots are good wake-up calls i can add

Paintballer's best friend : Arnica cream. Avaialble from Boots or Superdrug. Apply liberally to all welts and they fade away.

Like magic that stuff....... should have used it in WW2...... no bother lad, rub some Arnica on, that leg will grow right back.

Another good thing to use for welts is lasonil ointment. Makes em dissapear really quickly.
Found out as i marshall rec ballers a lot and they always seem to be at the right height for awful thigh shots!
