probably the worst thing that can happen, never happened to me in a game, can you actually shoot the other half of the fluffy out ?

no it happened to me at the 7 man earlier this year, took my barrel off and went for a mugging run, only made it about 10 feet from my bunker before getting ripped.

the vid is cool, at about 17 mins, when its one on one, and the americans guy lands a gogg shot, what a sweet sound it makes

Thats probably the worst thing you can do! I remember in the woods, if you tripped or dived wrong and you dug your barrel into the mud, literally 100's of players would think it a great idea to try to shoot the mud out. Sure it may work like 1 in 20 tries, but jesus Id rather, take it off and try to poke it out and have a semi clean barrel that stack up 12 balls and maybe not get the mud/fluffy out.
