I saw a thread on PbNation about a new app that a chap in the States developed which allows you to download the manual for pretty much any PB marker out there. I can imagine it would be pretty awesome for a tech (or anyone) having that on the iPad at a tourney/training sesh etc. I belive it was in the news section if you're looking for it.
