i guess its pretty easy but having never owned a CP reg im not the person to advise you...im guessing the cp website would help as they have tech articles for their on/offs that i have used in the past

It wont be the inline reg.
If the reg is gunked up you will see drop off.
If the reg seals are damaged you will see pressure creep.

So long as the pressure gauge reads normal its not your reg.

I doubt it is the QEV either. By design, they vent the dirty gas to atmoshere.

I would try cleaning out the solenoid (again).

Thats what i thought, as the guage was reading fine and wasnt geting drop off on the 250Fps that i was geting, i doubt it will be the noid as i tried it after cleaning it. Im going to try and get hold of another Qev or a banjo fiting and see if that works but i got no idea what else it could be??

Reset your regs?

try backing off your regs till they are flush and your gun isn't cocking with your air flow on.

cant remember if an ion has a low pressure reg but wind that in first till your gun is cocking and then wind your high pressure in until the desired fps is achieved.

fixes this problem 95% of the time.

You didn't mention dwell, is it set high enough?

The QEV will have nothing to do with the fps as it doesnt do anything to the air until after it has flowed through the rest and shot the ball
