Hmm, well legally they should and if they don't i'll take them to court. As, I bought a gun off them, and i've never used it and it's still in the warrenty so they better...

Don't back yourself into a corner man. These guys have offered you some good advice, why not use it? Ions are not bad markers (ours have taken a beating and still work great). Get it fixed by warped, play with it until you feel the need to upgrade, then buy a second hand eclipse marker!

You know if I could be bothered to get some new soldering irons and some more power switches I would more than happily do it FOC (well postage) and it wouldn't be voiding warranty's or anything, oh the bane of laziness
