(ION) Programming button snapped!

Hey, havn't even used my Ion yet, and when I opened the grip, the whole grey programming button is now missing. Anyone had this problem at all?

The buttons come off pretty easy (happens with shocker power switches all the time) Ring SP/Local SP dealer ask them to get you some pwer switches in, normally £1/2 a peice and solder it on, fairly easy job if you take your time and have a bit of soldering skill

Nah it's not the power button that's come off, it's the programming one inside the grips. Also, I'm pretty good at soldering, so that's ok.

They are the same thing, well same as the shocker switches

Really? They'll do that even if I didn't buy from them? Also, why do they need the original board if they're just gonna send me another one?

Think of it like a warranty exchange, instead of sending it to them, them repairing it, sending you it back

They dont just give boards out, your boards has gotta be faulty on this occasion a fcuked programming button, they need your board to support that
