Could be the O-rings i've had the same problem with mine... Lube up and check the bolt O-rings for any wear, I know this might sound stupid too but when you say you pull the trigger and nothing happens you DO have the eyes turned OFF right?

I think I tried with them on and off, but i was using paint so that shouldnt be a problem?

The tank was not full when I did it, but it took a few minutes to empty, was not seconds so it may only be a small leak, I dont know. It is used.
