okay this one stumps me.....it sounds like it could be bolt-stick but???

on slow (around 3bps tops) she fires fine - whick lets face it ain't much use.

open up the throttle with eyes on and she goes - BANG BANG BANG PHTTT - end of...

turn eyes off and its more like:

BANG BANG BANG PFTT PFTT BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG PFTT PFTTT PFTT BANG...you get the picture.

she ran like a real dream for around half dozen pods and a hopper on a fresh procell - out shooting my old ego7 on semi :)

then the problem arrived - changed battery - same problem continued :(

thoughts?

Now I trust you have raged in and lubed everything.

Sounds like maybe a tank issue, not screwed in far enough/too far.

Now this is where you tell me you use a max-flo or similat so that can't be it.

Do you have a guage?, watch it to see if the pressure drops when you up the speed.

seemed fine with the pressure at least as far as the marker gauge was saying - had no problems at all with the tank on another marker (an epiphany based sp8).

everything was well lubed with just the right amount in just the right place.

been stripping and playing with these (mine and everyone elses it feels like) for some time - but not actually come across this problem before.

new day - new challenge....there's always something.....

it sounds like your solenoid isn't opening far enough, so either the air isnt being vented or the air isn't getting into the firing can. If you try another board in the gun and see how that shoots, also what bolt you using?

Air system or on gun reg...

Is you air system HP or LP output

Have you checked the micro line is clear and the centre pin of the asa pushes on the bottle pin enough, check using a different asa if you can, just plug the micro line from another gun into the gun reg.

HP reg on bottle - tho the flow through the bottle reg must be fine as it works fine on other markers.

will clean out solenoid and inline as a first step tomorrow and check for blocks through the macro- and microlines and ASA.
Nothing to do with the bottle mate, it could be how much the centre pin is pressed in on your bottle by the asa.
That would make it work fine on one and poor on another.
