if its the plastic sort, force the back off with a screwdriver, if its soft plastic, youll have to cut it

I had this happen on my ion, 49p battery connector from maplin and a few minutes with a soldering iron - sorted.

there's two different version's that ive seen, one of them pops out with a screwdriver and pops back in, the other is sealed add would probs have to be super glued down! but there's no need to buy anything, 5 mins and a bit of solder...
