im gonna dig up the thread on which barrel size is the best. any longer than a 16 inch barrel and it becomes inefficient as it is using mroe air to get it out of the barrel. or something like that

also - bore size depends on the barrel that you buy - buy a kit then you can choose the most suitable bore size
