It does get easier after a few times. Can be a pain in the arse the first one though. A bit of BFI is the answer (Brute Force & Ignorance) ;).
I couldnt resist likening this to Bum Love..especially about lubing up to make it easier...just irresistable, and I appologise:D
Brute Force and Ignorance isn't advised though, not if you want to be allowed to do it again:eek:

JT frames are pretty hard to do as well...I use a small screwdriver, if you insert this between the frame and lense, then push through, so only the rounded part is touching, you can use it to ease the two parts apart, especially around the lugs and it wont cane your fingers.

have you never like taken the mask to pieces to clean it before???

or maybe thats just us profiler owners that can do that as we push teo little clips off and the lens pops off :p

yeah, apparently its trial and error, a mate spend about an hour trying to do his so he could fully clean it, only to then struggle to put it back together :p funny story... i think you have to work out for yourself by wiggling more and more, up until it feels like your going to break something
Nah, im an I3 owner and iv done it a few times 2 clean :D
U just have to use your strength, the frame will not tear at all and the washing up liquid on the tabs works a treat! Iv got it down to about 20-25 minutes now. First time i did it, it hurt, i got a blood blister lol but after that its easier.

Mate, there's a thread on pbn which I put something on yesterday, some pics and vids

believe me the only thing really liable to break are the tabs on the lense, the rest of the plastic is pretty much bomb-proof

The thread's at http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=784488

"I've just taken some video, trying to get it up @ the moment
took some of taking it apart

will take one of putting it back together laters

if you find this at all useful please tell me, thanks :)

edit:Taking apart

How to start:

After this go around the tabs pulling the plactic off.
The straps:

I'm not the fastest myself putting it back together & I find the hardest bit starting to fit the lense piece back onto the mouth-guard
It took me roughly 3 1/2 min to take it apart & put it back together back to back,

the sound isn't very clear so I said
"then with this, you get the longer tab, and put that in first: the one at the top, and press it in" and again on other side top one first

Use in conjunction with his (good) instructions:
Though I would add that while none of the soft plastic parts are really breakable, it isn't hard to break the tabs off the lense; so don't be too rough.

1.remove your visor from the goggle frame,if you have it on.

2.grab the goggle frame around each tab and pull it off with minimul force.(It won't tear)

3.Take your goggle frame and lift the rubber part up and off the top where it says DYE.

4 begin moving along to each tab left and right of the first tab pulling
the tabs off, some force may be required, but don't worry you won't rip the goggle frame.

5. now that the top 3 tabs are undun simply take hold of the lense and pry it out. It should come out quite easily now, simply pulling the top of the lense downward will make the tabs pop out of place.

6.Grab your new lense and lightly lube up the tabs around the mask(I recommend using fairy liquid :))

7.Now that you lubed up the tabs, put the left and right sides(the parts with out tabs on them)into the frame first.

8.go around to each tab and with light force slide them into place.

9.next grab your mask(the part that guards your mouth) and lube up each tab that connects to the goggle frame, and lube those tabs as well.

10.line up each tab with it's corresponding hole.

11.place one thumb under the tab and take your other hand and place it on top of the goggle frame push down on the top and push up under the tab. The tab should now slide perfectly and snugly into place.

12.now take the little pieces of rubber that hold the nose part of the goggle frame and slide that into place(this shouldn't require lube but feel free to lube it if you feel the need to)

Keep in my you do not need to fear ripping or tearing your mask or the goggle frame it wont rip or break tabs no matter how hard you push or pull on it

EDIT:this is the same method I use on my Invison and I can do this whole process of changing lenses is in under 5 minutes

Fell free to ask any questions or make any suggestions."

who knows, if you're that desperate & need them doing  :D

Stiff & difficult, yeah I know, it's more not knowing what to do & your fingers hurt like hell because they're not used to it.

Took me 20 mins+ the first time & then I didn't finish it; I gave it up & left it for a week, lol :D.

If you ever see me at the masters & you still need help ask me & I'll show you or anyone, tho probably you'll have it done by then :); & the more times you do it the more flexy the plastic will get & the easier it will be to do.
