Try it again at 30 blinks of dwell.

They may have it in for an overhaul/testing. It might cost you in parts, labour and shipping. But they're ultimately the best people to sort it out not to mention no shortage of spare parts...

Bolt area leak is usually from the poppet seal the easiest way to check for this is while you can hear the leak slowly turn the velocity screw inwards till you cant tighten it any more if the leak gets quieter then you know its a problem with the poppet seal.
Sometimes if your really unlucky its the actual bolt guide assy which the poppet seal sits against. Kee dont sell parts to the public which is crazy so you got to go through a dealer which makes it very long winded.

cheers ill try this before i send it to kee, if its the poppet which i guess it is, ill purchase the latest gen poppet from rap4uk, hopefully will sort my problem
fishleg003 thank you, i aired it up it leaked it leaked as normal, then turned in the velocity screw and it was pretty much silent, must be the poppet, ill purchase the latest poppet and see what happens
