you will find other annodising places, however most of them do industrial anno and sloth service is more specialised.

you can get tattoo done aswell (the coloured pocoyo writing is anno)

I wanted to just get a barrel tip done, and they said the standard charge would still apply meaning £31 for one part. I doubt they would give you cheaper rates, worth a shot anyway....
