I've stripped down my 2006 infamous Intimidator only to find the screw on rocket cap on the ram sleeve is completely broken (all 3 legs have snapped !!) if somebody has any please let me know as my baby won't work

Call blast up directly and explain the situation, the legs snap if you put too much torque on the cap when tightening it, AFAIK they redesigned it slightly to fix the probem, but just remember not to overtighten it next time, it needs to be slightly more than finger tight.
