The pmi preset can be re-shimmed to lp i think. Does it have two or three little grub screws holding the top cover on, if so it can be reset.
As far as running the 05 speed on a hp preset, it's possible to re-spring the minireg to cope, but it's not a good idea.
I would either reset the preset, or change it for an lp one.

Its pretty much new, only bought at campaign and its got two screws holding the top on. Where can i get hold of the spring set? Ive heard about those before, but havent seen them in any shops so far.

It's not the sort of job i'd reccomend you do at home, after all your playing around with the regulation of compressed air at 4500psi, which is very dangerous.
You may only need to remove a shim or two, it's try it and see.
