That's reg creep. I've told him how to fix it before, but I don't think he has the right sized allen key for it
And the adjustable solenoid voltage is, in Jim Drew's own words, "a big waste of time." The important thing is that it's a decent regulator capable of supplying reasonable constant current to the solenoid. That aids consistency, although I'm still not convinced that the electronics were ever a direct cause of FSDO.
Not trying to knock it, the Equalizer is the dog's dangly bits when it comes to marker electronics, but not all bells and whistles are actually worth anything.
