so your vff isnt doing anything then since u have an lpr fitted,

Im just wondering why people fit both unless you had the vff then upgraded to an lpr

just curious why you would have both fitted? im not having a go its just nice to get some insight into how other people have there impys set up. ;)

i thought the vff splits the the air flow to the chamber and solys and the lpr just reduces the operating pressure of the gun reducing recoil etc

My LPR goes into the Eclipse modified front cap, but you can put it into the VFF, some people recommend it, but since the AA's and Ecstacy have them on the front cap I don't think it makes too much difference.
Whichever way still makes the VFF redundant since the optimiser/nipple type thing (not sure what they call it, looks like a solenoid optimiser) which goes into the solenoid chamber blanks off the hole in the solenoid chamber that the VFF uses to split the air and feed the solenoid. So the VFF can only feed the main air chamber which fires the ball. To feed the solenoid the air has to come through the reg.

Hope that explains things a bit, don't think I did a good job but then again I am ill:(

If u are running an lpr and have a vff fitted i would recomend putting the little grub screw back in which u took out to fit the vff, because if one of the seals on the lpr nipple goes and u havent replaced the grub screw or re-sealed the hole air will get in to the noid by-passing the lpr :D
