Better Things 2 Do!
The new stock 2k3 Cocker with hinge frame is not a bad choice, had a play with one Sunday and the hinge trigger compared to the plastice one which came with 2k2 version is a great improvement and the milling isnt to bad.

I know it doesnt come with nice shinney pnematics at the front (standard brass) but they are as good.

The cocker will happly run on Co2 but with the little money you save over the imp you could invest in an air system, better barrels, etc.. and in the future if needs be you can eblade it up which seems to be what everyone is doing.

but the proof will be in the pudding - go to planet hold them, see if they will air it up and let you take a few pulls on the trigger because some people don't like the pull of a cocker trigger and prefere the mouse click of an electro and vis-versa, personally I don't mind and have electro (angel) and a cocker.

It seems people are only recommending what they own!!

As i own an impulse then.....................

No your best bet before you spend the £$£$ is to go to a tournament, or the Temple and just ask people if you can play with there markers.

Most paintball players will willingly let you shoot off some paint as long as you reply "Jesus man that marker seriously rips!!"

Why have you set your self on getting A) a new marker B) an impy or cocker??

For £500 you can buy a decent second hand angel, impy, matrix, eclipse cocker. you may not have the waranty - but all stores in England are very friendly and services are rarely more than £20.

Yes it is quite rapid
I broke paint because I was short stroking the trigger.
As you are buying it from Planet, ask them to shorten the trigger stroke. I think it's set way too long. That's what they were doing to mine, until I got my little cash xmas prezzie, then on went the e-blade.
