impulse or 04 cocker?

impulse!.to be honest they all shoot the same fps & the accuracy mainly is down to the balls & player with help from the rite choice of barrel .the only differance is the r'o'f & ain that so 280 fps

get an angel. jus got an angel myself.previosly had an impulse.can get a 1r3 for about £300-£350 or a speed or A4 for a little more cash. much better than the impulse.
or alternatively go with whatever feels more comfortable to play with.

save urself some trouble, buy the A4 Fly 2nd hand off here for about £750, billion times easiar to use and much more reliable!
best thing to do is try all the different guns mentioned(just ask other players),and which ever one you find most comfy or you think your happy with then go for that one,most players will let you try them out

Mate best advise that is told over and over again and is the best, is to try them out, if you can get yourself down to a local tournament or something, local site with own gunners and try some down there.
You'll find out, (just like in this thread) alot of people slag off the impulse, why? who knows, they're superb guns, i dont have sponsors for guns so this is a total un biased opinion. obviously some people will prefer their markers to others, but it dont mean to say they're bad markers. I've shot angels, impulses, timmys, iv just gone from my timmy back to an impulse cos' i like them so much.
TonTons and Ugly Ducklings didn't do too bad with them either

if your new to the sport.. and not v mechanically minded i would the impy.
Cockers tend to be alot higher maintenence, whilst impys are very much a gas up and go marker.
Althuogh what you can do to a cocker is endless, i would consider all aspects

Cockers = mechanical/run on c02/high maintenence
Impulse = True Electro/run on co2/little maintenence
Angel = True electro/HPA only/Little mantenence
Whatever suits your style of play, Angels esp the older ones tend to have an arch in their flight.
Cockers being a closed bolts marker are the most accurate, and impies tend to be the favorite for a first tournement marker as there easily set up/accurate, high ROF and there cheap (new or used)
