its when u hold the gun with like the foregrip into your shoulder and your shooting hand kind of vibrates off of the trigger making for a seriously fast rate of fire, but pretty innacurate.It's good when u wanna show off to your mates how fast your gun can shoot.You kind of spasm your arm and hand.

If you have a vertical max flow then the the hiss you heard will be the preassure release disk, if the preassure rises above 200psi then it will releas the preassure so the solonoid should still be fine, mines gone over loads of times and it still works fine.
