Yes, you can limit the Cricket board "both vision and non-vision" to 15bps. All you have to do is to load ECS onto your board. If your Cricket board has a white sticker on top of a little white chip, you cannot load ECS.
Just go on pbnation.com and search for ECS. I have it on my board and i can change the Rate Of Fire to 15bps if i wanted to. I even changed to to 1bps just for the fun of it once.
