But asked HMCE about the cost of importing a marker from the states.
Will cost 3% import tax and 17.5% VAT when it arrives.
You should be asked to pay this when you take delivery of the marker.
If its not a marker you on about, give them a ring and they will check for you.

well ive tried looking through quite a few cats, the only thing i can think of is sports good then other other other and more others until i fianaly get 2.7%.

I dont think you have to declare it, I think the sender has to declare what it is, and BTW pray they dont open it as you will be hit with another charge.

if your gonna be a legit company, do not try to evade customs, declare everything coming through, ie, dont say its worth 30£ instead of £200
most people get the sender to mark it as sample or something to get round it or put the value as 30$

Well when I got some gear imported the guy had to label the value and for $400 I had to be about £65 to post office.
