if you post it home make sure the total value is less than £35 otherwise you will be liable for the tax etc.

fill out the customs form as a returned faulty item and leave no prices showing.

I brought some home earlier this year but I told the check in desk when I handed over my suitcase - figured it was better that way than starting a firearm scare in an airport.

They were ok didn't ask any more questions about the marker just if I had an air tank with me (told them I borrowed one so didn't need to take one with me!)

Have a look here http://www.tsa.gov/public/interapp/editorial/editorial_1745.xml and print a few copies out - leave one in your suitcase with the marker(s) and carry the other one.

I actually used my planet bag as my suitcase so it just looked like I went to play!
