Aha, £200 in hoppers?, that's a lot (for us teenagers playing the sport)
Funding is something I need to change, getting myself a little job looks to be the best way forward if I want to keep playing :)
yep absolutely. if you're like me and only really plan on playing a set series of tournaments (5 CPPS events for me) then its easy to plan on putting a little aside in advance for them. anything else like walk ons and such are just a bonus. I'm a full time uni student and for the past 2 years i've worked part time while studying and its easy to put a little by if you don't have many outgoings.

i would plan for events, such as big games eg staargate north v south more my thing, but really need to get my gear sorted first before i plan anything, a source of a small income that i can put aside for paintball is necassery

Wait till the bug bites then at the end if that season (you will know which one) look in your kit bag & see what you have...
When I got bit again (this is my second coming lol) by the end of the season I had 6 markers 3 loaders & 3 air systems & I didn't notice myself buying them through the year!
