yes it is, but u can get the modes locked off or something i have heard. but if you do that on this gun, u might as well buy the cheaper version wiv no modes.

If they're advertising it as being full-auto, then surely that's illegal, if indeed they're selling it as such? How would they even have gotten them through customs if they were full-auto capable markers?

Seems to me it's probably more innocent than that - maybe they just copied the description from somewhere else and weren't paying attention?:(

As to how they got it through frankly H.M. Customs & Excise wouldn't know a Paintball Marker from an AirSoft Gun :(

F/A is illegal in the UK and I am emailing Havoc Paintball to remind them of this

I have spoken to havoc. He has rectified his mistakes and is at the moment upgrading his website to incorporate this .
If you take the time to look at the rest of his site you will notice that he has a link to "the law and paintball" stating that he will not sell ful auto markers or to anyone under age.
