Icon Z Faults?

hi
ive just tried firing off a few rounds with my icon
but when i cock it it doesnt want to rest so i can pull the trigger to fire
i have to cock it till it clicks then push the bolt till it clicks again so i can push the trigger
and its not the paint or air thats a problem cus it happened after i took the air off too
and the gun was lubed the day before

any advice to clear the problem

i do beleive a icon z is electro, on the grip frame unscrew the grip screw that is nearest the trigger sometimes when done up to tight it stops it firing, simple solution. not entirely sure what your description means but try that then pm me for some help.

ok, take the hammer and bolt out of it and check if its damaged etc, chances it could be that put in wrong, also when you take it out and look down the hammer tube of the body and see if the release black is in ok condition

take it you have look to see if the ring seal on the stricker in the bottom tube is ok ? if not try replacing this. Also you may want to strip clean the hole thing. dose the gun recock after firing ? when it fires doses air come out of the barrell ?

1. ill check seals tomorrow but im not sure if its that
2. it does recock but gets stuck like when first cocked(have to push bolt to rest against trigger mechanism)
3. when 2. is carried out it fires fine, it did not recock a couple times but i was low on air at the time so was not a fault of that.

in relevance to 3. its not the low air issue thats causing probs(for those of you who may think thats the cause) to the marker
it has the problem when not gassed up as well

you have to push the bolt forward a bit when you want to fire you mean?

i have to push the bolt forward to make the trigger stick and get it to fire

its prob somat real simple like not lubed enough
