The I3's are built to be tough, but you dont need to pretend to be Arnie to change a lens or a goggle strap.
Changing a strap,
Remove the face plate so you are left with the frame/lens/strap
holding the lens/frame in one hand, and the tab on the end of the strap in the other, bend the join forward slighlty, and peel the top hook of the tab out of where it locates into. This should seperate the strap from the frame.
Putting it back in - place one side of the tab into location, and push/twist the other hook in to place. This will require a little force.
Changing a lens,
Removing the face plate is helpful again, then start with the top central DYE tab, peel this back and work your way around both sides of the lens so as the bridge of the nose is the last tab you unhook.
Putting it back in - start with the nose and work back around both sides eqaully so as the DYE tab at the top is the last one you attatch. I find that a little drop of fairy liquid on the tab helps with the more fiddly tabs to locate.
