Apparently it doesn't use electricity. The 'bio-robots' in the gel do all the work. "You could even mount it on the ceiling" (because that would be clever...)

I like the sound of bio-robots, but I remember in GI Joe they were mainly used to destroy things...

On a more serious note from the information out there if you were to swallow that you would probably die :-( not for houses with small children...
