and underneath the "controls for a man" consisted of 1 on / off switch

i treated myself to a subway footlong sandwhich with double meat - not recomended, i thought i was going to die for about an hour... it resurfaced when rowing later.... bad BAD plan!

Tomorrow i think i'll be treating myself to a bottle of single malt for when i get some more
