I-frame spring

Anyone know where I can get a new spring and screw that holds the spring for an I-frame? I managed to lose mine when I was adjusting it...

Or a spring from a 'click pen' cut down, works a treat!

ill try that...anyone know where I can get the screw that adjusts how much pressure there is on the spring?

I know B&Q would have the right screw, but I think they would look at you abit odd when your holding a silver I-Frame, but as I said B&Q should be able to sort you out, or as Mint said give SP a bell and I'm sure they might have a few spare, because its no dowt a common thing, since there little buggers
